Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (oakhouse-Tools) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear statement (e.g., by email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
You can also send the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement by email to hello@oakhouse-tools.com.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery we offered), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Note on Returns:
The customer bears the shipping costs for returns.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
• Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is essential or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
• Contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.
• For digital products, you agree that your right of withdrawal expires upon execution (i.e., with the order).

Special Notice
If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you are no longer bound by the loan contract, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation in terms of financing. If the loan has already been disbursed to us at the time of the withdrawal or return of the goods, your lender assumes our rights and obligations under the financed contract with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. This does not apply if this contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign currencies, or derivatives).
If you wish to avoid as much contractual obligation as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan contract if you are entitled to do so.
